I have wanted to do stand-up comedy forever but my lovely parents insisted on something they felt would work for me in the real world. So, I ended up working as a nurse for several years and enjoyed it immensely. I am glad to have had my nursing experience as it has made me what I am today. That is a good thing as far as I am concerned but I'm not sure everyone else thinks so! LOL!
